Return and Refund Policy

At Little Graham, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.


1. Returns

1.1 Eligibility for Returns:
We accept returns for products that meet the following criteria:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition, including packaging, tags, and accessories.
  • The return is initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

1.2 Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom or made-to-order items.
  • Clearance or sale items.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper assembly.

1.3 How to Initiate a Return:

  • Contact us at info@little-graham.co.nz within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Provide your order number, a brief explanation for the return, and photos of the item if it’s damaged or defective.
  • We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

2. Refunds

2.1 Refund Process:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
  • Allow up to 7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

2.2 Partial Refunds:
Partial refunds may be granted for items that are not in their original condition or are missing parts but are not damaged due to our fault.

2.3 Shipping Costs:

  • For eligible returns, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective item).

3. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

4.1 Reporting Issues:
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us at info@little-graham.co.nz within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include photos of the damaged or defective item and the packaging.

4.2 Resolution:
We will offer one of the following resolutions based on the situation:

  • Replacement of the item at no additional cost.
  • A full refund, including shipping fees.

5. Cancellation Policy

5.1 Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
5.2 Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be canceled but may be eligible for return under this policy.
